A Different Approach
We take a different path in negotiation training in what we teach and how we teach it.
Achieving Strategic Goals
To us, negotiation is a pathway for cooperation with others to achieve your own defined goals. It is not about "beating your opponent" or manipulating the other side. Negotiation success is about achieving your goals.
A Proven Method, Not Just Scripts and Tricks
We teach our proprietary Malloy Method - a proven 10 step technology for success in any negotiation.
Using the Malloy Method, you will identify your goals, formulate strategies for attaining these goals and then prepare specific negotiation plans. You'll come to the table knowing exactly what you want to achieve and how to achieve it. You’ll leave the chaos, stress, and uncertainty behind — and take control of both the process and the outcome.
With the Malloy Method, negotiation tactics become part of the larger strategy, not just a "bag of tricks" to bring to the table.
